Glenn Mull

Glenn A. Mull was destined to make his mark on the cattle and farming industry. He spent his formative years working on his parents’ farm, learning the values and integrity of the business instilled in his dad, Keith Mull.  In the fall of 1969, Glenn began pursuing his higher education at Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas.

Following Glenn’s graduation from the College of Business in 1973, Glenn and his wife, Elaine, began their lifelong adventure in the countryside of Pawnee County in Central Kansas. It is here where Glenn became a partner with his dad and the family owned feedyard (in Pawnee Rock) transitioned into commercial cattle feeding business, known as Mull Farms and Feeding, Inc. To that, over the years four more feedyards were created, with Kansas locations in: Haviland, Mentor (Smoky Hill Feeders), Kinsley and Fellsburg. Total feedyard and growing capacities were approximately 30,000 head.  

Sadly, Glenn and three other family members perished in a plane crash in Bellevue, Tennessee, on February 3, 2014. They were on their way to attend the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. Glenn is survived by 2 grown children and 6 grandchildren.
