Jerry Adams
Growing up in the small town of Broken Bow, NE, Jerry Adams was born with a love for agriculture, especially cattle, and developed a work ethic milking cows and feeding calves.
In 1972, the Adams’ operation consisted of five employees, 5,000 calves and 3,000 acres of farmland. Jerry, along with his brother Bill, grew the operation to what it is today with a finishing capacity of 125,000 head and a backgrounding network up to 100,000 head in over 85 locations. In mid-1990, Adams added a focus of research and technology. Today, Adams is known for its technology, innovation and data driven model in cattle production.
Jerry and his wife, Linda, celebrated their 50-year wedding anniversary last year and have three children, Amy, Melissa and Scott and nine grandchildren.
