Greg Wolfe

Timmerman & Sons Indianola, NE

Dedicated, detailed, loyal & hardworking are just a few qualities Greg Wolfe has shared with the Timmerman families for 5 decades.  Through the years, his many talents & efforts have contributed to the growth and success of the company.  Greg’s career with Timmerman & Sons began on June 1, 1972, in Springfield, NE.  In the fall of 1974 Greg was promoted to office manager at the feedyard in Indianola, NE.  He shared, “It has been amazing to watch how technology has transformed the operation of the feedyard over the years. When I started, we just had a calculator; a computer wasn’t even a thing.  Billing, ration and break-even costs… everything was figured by hand.”  Over the past 52 years Greg has witnessed countless programs that have dramatically changed and improved the operations and information management of the feedyards. Greg has embraced the challenge of learning how to run and manage that new and ever-changing technology over the years. When Timmerman & Sons restructured in 2012, Greg continued to work with both Timmerman Feeding, LLC and NA Timmerman, Inc. purchasing commodities. Greg’s hard work and dedication has been a vital part in the company’s success over the years.

When Greg isn’t working you can find him enjoying family, his wife Diane and their children and grandchildren. Greg and his family have also built an extremely successful show pig business that is consistently at the top in shows throughout numerous states. In their spare time, Greg and Diane are very involved in their church and enjoy traveling.
