With a distinguished career spanning over five decades, Dr. Delbert Miles, DVM, M.S., boasts an impressive array of academic credentials and professional achievements. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Missouri in 1966, followed by a Master of Science in Veterinary Pathology from Kansas State University in 1970.

His expertise in the field is exemplified through his tenure as the President of the Academy of Veterinary Consultants and being named Veterinary Consultant of the Year in 1987. His commitment to preventive veterinary medicine earned him the Award for Excellence from the American Association of Bovine Practitioners in 1988.

Dr. Miles has been a significant force in the cattle industry, holding key roles in organizations such as the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association.
